Captain D’s, LLC (“Captain D’s” or “we”) may collect and store personally identifiable information about persons who visit this site (“users” or “you”) and voluntarily submit information, like their name, address, telephone number, and email address. Location Information

We use Uberall to power local pages for each of our restaurants. On supported devices, users may grant permission to share their geographic location information with the site in order to assist in finding nearby restaurants. We may track and store information through multiple visits my means of a tracking pixel. We also may store data on the locations of our visitors on an aggregated, anonymous basis, but we do not associate that location data with any personally identifiable information. Email

We use IBM’s Watson Campaign Automation platform to manage our email club subscriptions and related promotions. We use Watson Campaign Automation’s email marketing services to send mass communication emails to users. We track how users open those emails and what links they click so that we can better serve our customers with products and information that they find relevant. When you “subscribe” to the our club mailing list, You agree to receive email advertisements and other information from us. Upon receiving an email from us, you may choose to opt-out of future email messages, in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 by clicking the opt-out or unsubscribe option at the bottom of our emails and following Watson Campaign Automation’s simple opt-out procedure. We also monitor our customer’s preferences through Watson Campaign Automation’s software and integrations with this site. We use Listrak, as an Email Service Provider Listrak may collect information under the direction of Captain D’s and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal information may be processed as part of providing their Services. Any requests that Listrak receives while acting as a Service Provider will be denied and the consumer will be directed to submit the request directly to Captain D’s. Text Messaging (SMS)
You may choose to sign up for recurring marketing messages and offers via text message from Captain D’s. By subscribing to this text messaging program, you consent to receiving text marketing messages at the mobile number you provided to us from us or on our behalf (and our agencies and services providers). You understand consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. We may from time to time transition the number/message platform a text is sent from (i.e. a short code, long code, toll-free number, etc.) to another number/message platform. Each time we will promptly disclose all opt-out information and other legally required information regarding the transition.

You can stop receiving text messages at any time. Just text “STOP” (or QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE) to the number the text was sent from. After you text “STOP” (or QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE), you will receive a text to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive Captain D’s text messages from us. Opting out of one form of communication does not mean you’ve opted out of other forms as well. For example, if you opt out of receiving text messages, you may still receive marketing email messages if you’ve opted in to receiving them.

If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending text messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with our messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@spendgo.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Please note these terms do not apply to any of our franchisees’ text marketing programs. If you receive text messages from one of our franchisees, you will need to opt out from them directly. Each franchisee is solely and independently responsible for its legal and regulatory compliance.

Guest Feedback

We use Alchemer, Survey Monkey, and other online forms to facilitate and enhance our customer service communications. We receive customer feedback through that software. We use the information stored on those forms solely for the purpose of gaining insights on customer preferences and not for marketing purposes; we will not sell or provide that information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Online Ordering

We use the Onosys platform to manage our online ordering through order.captainds.com. The types of personal information collected at those pages include names, usernames, contact and billing information, transaction information, and credit card information. We also may combine data collected online with information provided during ownership registration of Onosys products and services. In order to tailor and customize subsequent communications and to improve products and services, Onosys may ask you to provide information regarding your personal or professional interests, demographics, product experience, and contact information.

Onosys uses your information to understand customer needs and improve the level of service provided. Specifically, Onosys uses your information complete transactions, communicate back to you, update you on service and benefits, and personalize Onosys’ web site. It uses credit card numbers only for payment processing and not for other purposes.

We use Onosys’ email confirmation services to send communication to users based on transactions on this site. We may track how users open those emails and what links they click so that we can better serve customers with information that they find relevant.
